Welcome to our mid-century modern chalet, perfect for a serene wooded mountain escape year-round. Recently renovated, this home offers all the comforts to make you feel right at home. Conveniently located, this fully renovated home accommodates up to eight guests in four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Enjoy modern amenities, including new appliances, fast and reliable WiFi, and two 55” HD televisions. The gas fireplace warms the living room, providing a cozy atmosphere with enough seating for everyone to enjoy movie nights. Additionally, the chalet boasts a newly added four-person hot tub and plenty of outdoor space for relaxation and gatherings. Enjoy skiing and snowboarding at the nearby Killington Ski Resort in the winter and explore scenic mountain biking trails and hiking paths in the summer. We trust our guests will enjoy their stay at Whitetail!

• The hot tub is included for the peak ski season weekends (late-December to mid-March). For other periods, there is an optional $195 set up fee. You understand use of hot tub and sauna is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless.
• Please be sure that you have entered the correct number of guests.
• Our minimum rental age is 25.
• We will provide you with access codes for our smart locks to come and go as you please.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• Our entire home is non-smoking. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am
• Fireworks are not permitted.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
