Stay at The Bigelow Chalet! This multi-level Killington house offers a solid location, comfortable accommodations and plentiful amenities. The house is situated directly off the access road: two miles from the base lodges of Snowshed/Rams Head, on the shuttle route and walking distance to a number of restaurants and nightspots. The house is large with eight furnished bedrooms, four renovated bathrooms, a large basement game room (billiards, foosball, darts, HDTV), office and two decks. Amenities are numerous: two large HDTVs, a six-person jacuzzi, high-speed Wi-Fi, streaming services, BBQ grill, stone fireplaces, washer/dryer, fully-stocked newly renovated kitchen, and much more. The owner has owned the property since 2007 and since that time it's undergone a major renovation to nearly every aspect of the house. They've put particular emphasis on making the place comfortable and fun, with lots of options snow, rain, or shine. The house can accommodate large groups comfortably. The convenience of the prime location and the numerous luxuries on hand make this one of the best total rental packages in Killington. (Hot tub setup fee applies mid-March to mid-December. Our large Killington home features eight bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, large kitchen, game room, two living rooms, two deck and a large hot tub on three floors. We can comfortably host your group of up to 16 friends and family with room for everyone to spread out and have plenty of space. Build a fire. Relax with a streaming show. Play a game of foosball or pool. Soak in the jacuzzi. Grill on the deck. Dine at the nearby Foundry at Summit Pond, one of our favorite restaurants in Killington. "Work" remotely in the office. Make snow angels in the yard. The possibilities are endless!

• The hot tub is included for the peak ski season weekends (mid-December to mid-March). For other periods, there is an optional $195 set up fee. You understand use of hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless.
• Please be sure that you have entered the correct number of guests as we may have a per-person per-night surcharge to cover expenses.
• Our minimum rental age is 25.
• Pack n Play and high chair available. Please inquire in advance.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and out.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke on the outdoor deck. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
• You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking.
• For your safety and ours, we have a Nest camera in the kitchen. We disconnect this when we have guests. Please feel free to cover it if you are more comfortable.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We may use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• Fireworks are not permitted.
• Up to three dogs are considered. A $155 pet fee would apply.
• Please be advised that this property utilizes a ladder to access the bunk beds. By renting this property, you are agreeing to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death that is resulting from the use of the ladder.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
