Featuring high-end finishes and lots of room to spread out, you'll have everything you need for the perfect vacation - soak in the hot tub after a day on the slopes, relax in front of one of the two gas fireplaces and catch a streaming show, cook a meal in one of the two kitchens, hang out on the deck and so much more. You'll have exclusive access to both the upper and lower units of this home. It's a great setup for multiple families or splitting the group by age or sleep needs! The lower level features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, gas fireplace, three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The two-floor upper level features a fully equipped open kitchen and dining area, living room with gas fireplace, four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Walk into the lower level through its private ground floor entrance, and you'll be in the open kitchen, dining area and living room space. Three bedrooms and a full bathroom are towards the back of this level. The upper level is accessed off the deck and you'll walk into the main floor living area and open kitchen. On that floor is access to the deck and outdoor hot tub along with two bedrooms and a bathroom. Head up the stairs to the second floor and you'll find two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. There is a wrap around deck with BBQ grill and chairs. The house has high-speed wireless Internet, smart TVs with streaming TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, washer/dryer, and yard. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, stove, fridge, separate wine and beverage fridge, cookware, Keurig, coffee maker, dinnerware, utensils and more.

• This listing is for both the UPPER and LOWER level of our duplex home. The two units do not share any common space and have separate entrances. You may book both units separately through our other listing. Please inquire.
• The hot tub is included for the peak ski season weekends (late-December to mid-March). For other periods, there is an optional $195 set up fee. You understand that use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless.
• Please be sure that you have entered the correct number of guests as we may have a per-person per-night surcharge to cover expenses.
• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this home.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks to come and go as you please and for contactless check in and out. No one will meet you at the property.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke outdoors. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
• You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking.
• For your safety and ours, we have outdoor cameras at the upper entryway, side deck, driveway and lower entryway. There are no cameras in any of the living areas.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• Fireworks are not permitted.
• Up to two dogs are considered. A $155 pet fee would apply.
• Please be advised that this property utilizes ladders to access the bunk beds. By renting this property, you are agreeing to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death that is resulting from the use of the ladders.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
