The upper level of this magnificent home features three well-appointed bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a private sauna. The first bedroom offers a queen bed and a desk with ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom boasts two double beds. The third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a desk, offering a versatile space for both relaxation and work. Step out onto the deck to unwind in the hot tub, fire up the BBQ grill, and take in the views of Killington's beautiful landscape. The lower level features an additional three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and another sauna for your relaxation. The fourth bedroom comes with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and a desk, the fifth bedroom has a double bed, and the sixth bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk bed and a desk. The front outdoor patio with a hot tub and BBQ grill allows you to enjoy the fresh mountain air while socializing with your group. Both levels of this stunning home feature open-concept kitchens equipped with stainless steel appliances, dining tables, and kitchen peninsulas with stools, providing everything you need for memorable family meals. THE SPACE
As you walk up to the house, you'll find both the upper and lower entrances. Each level features a mudroom, living room, dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and sauna. (That's right - 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 saunas, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms). While the layout is similar between floors, the lower unit features a common area just off the living room with a futon and laundry room, while the upper unit features two large decks. Both units have their own hot tubs, saunas and outdoor grills.

Bedding is as follows:
UPPER UNIT: Bedroom 1: Queen / Bedroom 2: Two Full Beds / Bedroom 3: Twin over full bunk bed
LOWER UNIT: Bedroom 1: Queen / Bedroom 2: Full / Bedroom 3: Twin over full bunk bed / Common area: Futon

THE OUTDOOR AREA AND SURROUNDINGS
Home offers outside amenities for all seasons and offers a large flat parking space to accommodate everyone.

A short walk will take you to a number of bars and restaurants (Casey’s Caboose, Liquid Art, Sushi Yoshi, The Garlic, Pickle Barrel and Jax, as well as Killington Market) – no need to drive.

In SUMMER, FALL and SPRING:
• Enjoy the outdoor fire pit and seating area - roast your marshmallows by the fire
• Sip your beverage and play outdoor games in a quiet wooded setting
• Safely store your bike in the dedicated bike storage shed
• Soak in the fall foliage and peaceful surroundings
• Entertain the kids on the outside obstacle course
• Take advantage of two free golf, mountain bike, gondola and adventure center passes (upon request, limited availability)
• UPSTAIRS: Enjoy the two large spacious decks

In WINTER:
• Enjoy the private hot tub and sauna after a day of skiing and snowboarding
• Store your ski and snowboard in the dedicated storage shed by the front door
• Park in the flat parking area (no uphill driveway), easily accessed by town-maintained road
• Hang your gear in the foyer/mudroom and dry your boots with the provided boot dryer
• Warm up by the gas fireplace
• Take advantage of discounted 50% off lift tickets (upon request, limited availability)

GUEST ACCESS
We'll email you a time-sensitive code for the smart lock on the front door and you can come and go as you please.

Other things to note
• This listing is for the UPPER and LOWER unit of our duplex home. The two units have their own separate entry doors and do not share any common space or air systems. You may also book both units together if you have a larger group.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.)
• For your safety and ours, we have a camera on the front entryway. This is not in any of the living areas.
• Optional hot tub setup fee of $195 per hot tub would apply mid-March to mid-December.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.

The Killington, Vermont area is the perfect place to get away from it all no matter what season it is. There are tons of outdoor activities including: skiing, snowboarding, hiking, antiquing, golf, swimming, shopping, sightseeing, mountain biking and many more.

We're located less than 2 miles to the slopes and even closer to the bars and restaurants. Two golf courses are within 10 minutes of the house. The town recreation center is just a short distance away and features a swimming pool, soccer field, tennis courts, baseball diamond and playground. You'll also find plenty of trails, ponds, lakes, swimming holes and quaint Vermont towns a short drive away.
