The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, and everything you need to prepare meals at home, and a washer and dryer are also available, making The Rutland Ranch a great option for longer stays. One of the highlights of the property is the private hot tub, included at no additional charge and perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing, hiking, or exploring Vermont. Guests traveling with an electric vehicle will also appreciate the convenient on-site EV charger. The Rutland Ranch is pet friendly, so your dog can come along for the trip with payment of a $155 non-refundable pet fee. Conveniently located close to downtown Rutland, shopping, restaurants, Rutland Regional Medical Center, and an easy drive to Killington and the surrounding mountains, the home makes a great base for exploring the area. Whether you’re visiting for a ski trip, a Vermont getaway, work, or an extended stay, The Rutland Ranch offers a comfortable and convenient place to call home. House Rules:
• Please be sure that you have entered the correct number of guests as we may have a per-person per-night surcharge to cover expenses. You can contact us for a custom quote before booking.
• Our minimum rental age is 25.
• We will provide you with access codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and check out.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• Fireworks are not permitted.
• Pets are considered with payment of a non-refundable $155 pet fee.
• EV charging is available installed near the garage.
• Please be advised that this property utilizes a ladder to access the loft bed. By renting this property, you are agreeing to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death that is resulting from the use of the ladder.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.)
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
