The sleeping arrangements are ideal for families and groups, with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom—a true sanctuary with vaulted ceilings, a private deck, and a large picture window framing breathtaking mountain views—two additional bedrooms with queen-sized beds, and a fun bunk room designed for kids. Outside, the beautifully landscaped gardens and serene mountain views create a peaceful haven, while the home’s convenient location makes it easy to enjoy Killington’s legendary slopes, scenic hiking trails, and vibrant fall foliage. Whether you’re seeking outdoor adventures or a quiet escape, Mountainview Escape is the perfect destination to make lasting memories in the heart of Vermont.

House Rules
• Please ensure you've entered the correct number of guests as we may apply a per-person, per-night surcharge to cover expenses. Contact us for a custom quote before booking if needed.
• Minimum rental age is 25.
• A code for contactless check-in and check-out will be provided.
• We have flexibility around standard check-in and check-out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge.
• Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigarettes included). A $1000 fine will be charged for smoking inside the house.
• For your safety and ours, outdoor cameras are installed at the front door. These do not monitor any living areas.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• We are committed to your comfort—please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable.
• Fireworks are not permitted.
• Please note, this property utilizes a ladder to access the bunk beds. By renting this property, you agree to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death resulting from the use of the ladder.
• Winter weather can be unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All-wheel drive and winter tires are recommended during the winter months.
• The driveway is steep and narrow, and plowing may require coordination during the winter. Cars may need to be moved before heading out.
• A Pack 'n Play and high chair are available upon request—please let us know in advance.
