The Breakaway House is a beautifully renovated duplex located just off Killington’s main access road, and this listing is for the left side of the home, Unit A. One of the most loved houses in Killington, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit spans two floors and offers an ideal setup for families or groups, with living space upstairs and sleeping areas on the main level. The home has been completely gut-renovated and is designed for comfort in every season, whether you are visiting in winter, spring, summer, or fall. Inside, you will find Smart TVs with streaming, games, a wood-burning stove, and an open kitchen that makes it easy to gather and celebrate together. In warmer months, enjoy the private back deck, which now features a hot tub available for a $195 setup fee and includes a divider for added privacy from the B side of the house, as well as access to the yard and grill. You are close to everything Killington has to offer, making this an easy and convenient home base for your stay. The A and B sides may also be rented together if you need more space. • The house is a duplex. This listing is for the left unit of the duplex. There may be other guests in the right unit. The back desk is shared space. You may also book both units if you wish.
• We will provide you with access codes for our smart locks to come and go as you please.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke on the outdoor deck. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
• You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking.
• For your safety and ours, we have a camera on the front of the house. This is not in any of the living areas.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use NoiseAware, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• Fireworks are not permitted.
• Pets are considered. A $155 pet fee would apply.
• Hot tub setup fee is required to prepare tub for arrival at $195 per stay
• A 15,000 BTU air conditioning unit is installed upstairs. The downstairs is typically cool enough on its own given the Vermont climate.

• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
