The Breakaway House is a well-maintained and thoughtfully updated duplex located just off Killington’s main access road. This listing is for the right side of the home (Unit B) and offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms across two levels, with the option to rent both sides together for larger groups. Known as one of the most loved and frequently returned-to homes in Killington, it offers a comfortable layout with the main living space upstairs and bedrooms on the main floor, creating a great balance of gathering space and privacy. Inside, enjoy Smart TVs with streaming, games, a cozy wood-burning stove, and an open kitchen ideal for shared meals and celebrations. In warmer months, take advantage of the large back deck, perfect for grilling, outdoor dining, and relaxing, along with yard space to unwind after a day exploring the area. Conveniently located close to everything Killington has to offer, The Breakaway House is a welcoming and reliable home base for your Vermont getaway in any season. Pet fee may apply.

• Our minimum rental age is 25.
• The house is a duplex. This listing is for the right unit of the duplex. There may be other guests in the left unit. The back desk is shared space. You may also book both units if you wish.
• We will provide you with access codes for our smart locks to come and go as you please.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke on the outdoor deck. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
• You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking.
• For your safety and ours, we have a camera on the front of the house. This is outside and not in the living areas.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• Fireworks are not permitted.
• Pets are considered. A $155 pet fee would apply.
• A 15,000 BTU air conditioning unit is installed upstairs. The downstairs is typically cool enough on its own given the Vermont climate.
• We partner with Killington and offer discounted lift tickets for our guests. We also offer discounts on rentals!
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
