The Giguere Home at Killington is a beautiful single-family home with a lot of local history and full of many fond memories. Come create your own treasured memories in this charming 3 floor, 5 bedroom, 5 and a half bathroom home. Renovated in 2022, the house features all new furnishings, new bedding, new appliances, new carpeting and a new hot tub! As you enter the home on the ground floor, you'll find a large living room that flows to the large dining area and open kitchen with half bathroom. The roomy four upstairs bedrooms all feature ensuite bathrooms while the downstairs bunk room is perfect for kids and features it's own mini-living area with second kitchen. Step out into the sun room and you'll find the private deck with grill and stairs down to the outdoor hot tub (included for peak ski season & optional set up fee other times). There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and with all the amenities you may never want to leave!

Bedding is as follows: Room 1: King, Room 2: King, Room 3: Queen and twin day bed, Room 4: Queen and twin day bed, Room 5: (2) Bunk Beds

• The hot tub is included for the peak ski season weekends (late-December to mid-March). For other periods, there is an optional $195 set up fee. You understand that use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless.
• Please be sure that you have entered the correct number of guests as we may have a per-person per-night surcharge to cover expenses. You can contact us for a custom quote before booking.
• Our minimum rental age is 25.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.)
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and out.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• Our entire home is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke outdoors. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
• You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking.
• For your safety and ours, we have a camera on the exterior of the house pointed at the driveway. There are no cameras in any of the living areas.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• Fireworks are not permitted.
• Please be advised that this property utilizes a ladder to access the bunk beds. By renting this property, you are agreeing to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death that is resulting from the use of the ladder.
• There is a separate garage with apartment on the property that has a full-time tenant. The two buildings do not share any common areas or amenities, but have a shared driveway.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
