Woo-hoo! Looks like Killington is getting its first taqueria.
Taco Experiment was just granted a liquor license from the town for a new space at the former site of Wally’s Diner. The owner, Adam Lindberg, has one location in Poultney, Vermont and looks to expand with a new Killington outpost. Serving locally-sourced pork from Brown Boar Farm in Wells, local bison and beef and tortillas from the Vermont Tortilla Co., along with eclectic condiments like kimchi and various pickles, and his own home-smoked brisket, his new spot at the access road will be a welcome addition to Killington’s dining options.
